Get Fit!

Found the most amazing app for android phones ever! Its is called myfitnesspal. If you do not have an android phone you can go to their website www.myfitnesspal.com.
So this is just a place to keep track of your calories and weight loss. It really does work. It will only allow you to lose 2 pounds a week which is the best way to go. You never want to lose more then that because it is very unhealthy. So many women like me would be on a 1200 calorie diet per day. Which if you exercise as much as I do that doubles lol.
If you are interested. I do aerobic class in the morning run during the day and weight training at night. Also i am really interested in joining karate!!! lol So we will see what happens.
Anyway the good this about that site i mentioned before is that it keeps track of your sodium, sugars, vitamins and alot more! So its good for everyone. Its also very customized so i encourage everyone to check it out. If you are at a healthy weight instead of losing put you would like to maintain your weight =)  
By the way if any of you would like a diet analysis let me know i will do it for you, for free. all i need is a three day record of everything you eat and drink =) more accurate if you give me a week long record.
